A beautiful homebirth set up using one of our rental pools. It comes with a 16 liter urn to keep some water heated for whenever a top up is needed

Our rental pools are inflatable Birth Pool In a Box Eco regular pools. With each rental a new disposable pool liner and new filling hose is included.

Birth Doula training
Doing my WOMBS birth doula practical training at Kraaifontein MOU, Mowbray Maternity Hospital and New Somerset Hospital.

New Somerset Hospital
Holding this mom`s baby while she is in theater due to a complication. This gave the father the opportunity to take a nap on the couch after some KFC (not the chicken...but rather Kangaroo father care). Skin to skin contact with dad is also important on the first day.
Supporting couples through pregnancy, birth and after
Snoozing in the Louis Leipoldt reception area for a while at a 48 hr birth.
